Keat Kove's Background
I believe that it is only by the grace of God that I can be an instrument of hope for my fellow Cambodians. I thanks the Lord for the many invaluable lessons that I have learned during my four years of suffering in the Killing Fields (1975-1979).
God allowed my enslavement in a communist work camp under the “Pol Pot Regime”. In 1979, I escaped from the Killing Field to a refugee camp in Thailand, where I heard the gospel and became a Christian.
In 1980 I was sponsored to live in Hawaii and started my new life in the “Land of Freedom”. Everything was new to me – the culture, the law, the food and work. I started working as a construction labourer, progressed to become a carpenter and eventually a licensed building contractor in 1987. As the Lord prospered the business, I often recalled the sufferings of my people in my homeland. Even though I could escape the Killing Field, and after much prayer, I realized that I could not escape God’s call for me to return to Cambodia.
In 1991, when I was 33 years old, I retired from my construction business in order to receive Bible training. From 1991 to 1993 I studied Bible Doctrines and Systematic Theology with Ariel Ministry with Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaun.
In 1994 my family moved back to Cambodia to plant the New Life in Christ Church. In the process we trained full-time Cambodian staff to evangelize and disciple new believers. It is true that children and young people are more receptive to the Gospel, as are the many hopeless windows, whose hearts are ready to accept Christ and to experience new lives. Alleviating the extreme hardship they suffer and sharing the gospel gets their attention and allows them to draw near to God. When people have enough money, good health and a happy marriage and family, they often ask "Why do I need Jesus?". Their suffering creates an opportunity for us to tell them everyone needs Jesus but that He is particularly concerned with the widow and the orphan.
Our ministry progress is slow, even though many confess faith in Christ, it takes time for Cambodians to break through centuries of Buddhist traditions and superstitions. Because of that, it is a long process to disciple the new converts, for they lack the Biblical background and the traditions of Christianity that we enjoyed in America.
Building spiritual leadership also takes time in Cambodia, because the Communists slaughtered most of the educated professionals, as well as the Christians, during the Communist Regime from 1975 to 1979.

Our Mission
The mission of the Cambodian Mission Outreach is to bring new life in Christ to the Cambodian people, a certainty of eternal life and prosperity, love, peace and joy. We believe new life in Christ represent all these.
We are dedicated to provide the opportunity wherever possible for people to build new lives.

Our Vision
In 2014 the Lord gave me a vision to build Noah’s Ark Resort. It is my belief that many Non-Christians will
hear the gospel as they walk through the display in Noah’s Ark,
as most Non-Christians will not visit church, but they will visit Noah’s Ark.
hear the gospel as they walk through the display in Noah’s Ark,
as most Non-Christians will not visit church, but they will visit Noah’s Ark.
Our Core Value
Our core value is to love God, give all glory to Him and to love our neighbour as ourselves.
Funding for Noah’s Ark Resort
The estimated cost to build Noah’s Ark Resort is USD 17 million. We have been blessed by private investors who are coming onboard to fund the project. We are therefore not asking for financial support per se but we would welcome individuals or groups with a heart to impart knowledge, and expertise.
